Alright, I'm done for today. LOL

I've added a bunch of info in the 0th OOC post and another District to the [b]1st IC post[/b]. 

As some of you may be starting to notice, I'm adding a new district for each new character that gets approved. Once all seven characters are approved, we will have seven districts. At that point, I will draw a rough map of the city that will show all the districts and leave room for more as well.
