Depending on the nature of the RP, it would go in the Interest Check part of the site. RPs are categorized by here by Free, Casual, Advanced, 1x1, Arena, Nation and Tabletop. There's also a General Interest Check section if you're unsure of which of the aforementioned to put your RP in or if you're trying to gauge interest before settling on one specific section. 

I believe the majority of the site's life is found in the Casual Section or the 1x1s.
