Tinley hated that she did that, but there was no other choice. She knew Novikova's power, as well as her determination to Agent Sparks, would likely get her in trouble. So she sent her on her way. With von Bardas out Tinley opened the doors to the patio and stepped out to make it to the roof. Once there, she took in the full effect. The light was indeed powerful. Even Tinley could feel it. The guards she sent up there were terrified.

Only to see the girl shrink before her eyes. Before she knew it, Sparks vanished in the light. Tinley could only look in horror. Tempest was only mildly concerned when Raynor unleashed fury into the Tinkerer. It was only enough to stun the man and make him feel really crappy once he woke up. A better fate than he deserved.
