[@Stitches] Well, there's a few things. A Were-anything wouldn't do very well in the city. especially if the Prince knew about it. If this was kept a secret, there's no way the Prince would hire a woman who can barely read, and is constantly winded. As for the child of the Forest, this is taking place in a city. There are really only gardens with flowers, and grass. Another thing is that the Fae, aren't really like that. In Pathfinder, the Fey are Pixies, Elves, and Nyphs, and they possess supernatural abilities in the form of magic. Eating the heart of a fey and taking their abilities would likely just give you low-light vision and minor casting abilities. Oh, and immunity to magical sleep effects, as well as resistance to charm effects. Now, that's not to say this character is hopeless. Your character seems to share some similarities to a race known as Skinwalkers. I think with a little bit of effort we can make this work. It also may help is Victor is involved in some way. Perhaps he was the one who applied, and has listed Adrian as say, an apprentice, but you could just control Adrian and maybe be like "Oh he came down with a sudden sickness and I'm filling in for him for now." or he could just leave and do whatever as soon as they step out of the castle. Alternatively, you play as both characters.
