While the creatures that were apparently Bowser's minions didn't look very threatening to Michael, he had to admit that there was a lot of them. Bowser's speech had gotten their attention, but it seems the attempt to shake off their brainwashing hadn't worked, as the horde of creatures was now massing to attack them. As soon as the bricks had started flying, he had ducked behind Bowser's shell, using it as cover. Unfortunately for him, Bowser had a different idea, and turned around. This helped the others protect themselves from the barrage of projectiles, but it also left him completely exposed. 

Before he could voice his displeasure, a brick promptly slammed into him, letting out a cry of pain. He lost his grip on Bowser, and fell to the ground. Catching himself before he landed, he sprinted to get behind the big guy, being pelted with a few more bricks for his trouble. When he got into cover, he let out a grunt of pain, and took a moment to rub his new bruises. Fortunately, Blazermate's healing powers seemed to fix his injuries, at least to the point that he wasn't in as much pain as before. Looking up, he could see that a good number of the minions were ramming themselves into Bowser, preventing him from getting up. 

[color=00aeef]"Alright, I got you covered."[/color] He said in response to Bowser's order. Taking out his Mini Uzi, he moved to the side, getting a clear view of the enemies currently swarming the Koopa King. He fired a targeted spray of bullets at the enemies, hopefully killing enough of them to allow Bowser to stand back up.
