Well I think that should help cover the backstory to the move for the most part so soon the Powerpuffs should be seeing some Big Apple action!  I'm still not quite certain where I want to place Professor Utonium, obviously a lab but not sure who I should affiliate it with.  Don't think the TCRI would be hiring him since the bad guys are kinda in control of that for the moment, maybe sometime in the future.  Probably just have to create my own facility since I can't really think of other Indie labs that could work.
