"Hmph, you were about to plow past me without even checking if I was okay!" declared Hikari, with a huff, firmly folding her arms across her slight chest as she spoke. It wasn't even the act of bumping into her that made the diminutive brunette quite as angry as she was, though it certainly didn't help. It was the fact that she hadn't been seen in the first place. Admittedly, Hikari herself could have been paying more attention, but the idea of someone overlooking her, well... no-one could say that the girl was secure about her stature, that was probably a good way to put it.

It had only been exacerbated by the fact that it seemed like the other girl had just plowed past without even stopping to check if she'd been hurt, but at least she did now. After Hikari had called out to her. And after snapping like that.

To put it simply, it didn't help all that much, but at least it was something. 

Pointing directly at the taller girl, Hikari continued.

"I'm fine, but you were just going to run away without checking! I'm glad you apologized, but can't you look where you're going?!" she asserted, firmly, "Just going around and smacking into people like that is plain rude!"

Yes, it clearly wasn't because she was small, it was obviously because this girl was totally inattentive!
