I don't know if he loves her just yet, though he has really strong feelings for her. He will not likely being submitted by her at first though just a warning. Haha I'm actually a step ahead of you on the thought of Violet taking a shine to Avina as well. She kind of sees Devin as her father actually because he changed her.
