Claire watched in both awe and surprise as the mysterious attacker caught the car, noticing it was in a much worse condition after being caught. Claire knew what was coming next, she knew she had a delay in reaction times in this form so she had to learn how to predict and make educated guesses about what someone would do in response. She knew in this situation, the car was coming back at her, just not how fast. She hadn’t noticed the spear that had landed on the pavement but instead noticed the other cape running off in a weird direction, away from her. Claire shook her head and caught the car mid-air, along with a small piece of scrap that had fallen off the car, where her foe had first caught the car. She watched as the woman ran at her, throwing the half car at the woman again before throwing the smaller piece of scrap low to the ground aiming for her legs, hoping she’d be too busy with the big car to notice. In the off-chance that this didn’t work, she started to ascend, starting to move inline with the second story of the buildings by her sides.
