Appearance
Hibiki is a mixed race individual, His mother being japanese and his father being an irish man. Hibiki’s face resembles mostly Japanese traits but his skin is much lighter than a standard Japanese. The eyes are a hazel brown, and his hair has a red shine to what is essential black hair. If one were to examine the boy without clothing, you would see extensive scarring and damage from failed tests. Hibiki's height is about 6’2 and weight about 130 lb.
Personality
Hibiki tends to have two distinct personalities. Outside the cockpit of the Titan Breaker, Hibiki is a light hearted boy who wishes people only good things. However, inside the Titan Breaker he becomes a cold calculating killing machine. As the Akuma AI manipulates him into doing what is needed for the mission. With every mission, Hibiki loses a part of himself to the machine.
Clothes
As a constant test subject hibiki is often seen in hospital gown. However when in the Titan Breaker he is placed in a power armor suit that helps him sustain himself while in high action manoeuvres.The suit itself actually helps him with his reaction speed and connection to the NC.
History
at a young age hibiki was taken from his mother. His father Serks performed many experiments on him. As a result he ended up with an almost broken body with many modifications. Hibiki has never been allowed to leave the lab and only knows the cold surroundings of a clinical room & mechanical probes. The reason for this is his father had obtained the plans for a new NC. Rather than building it from spec he modified it with some interesting things in mind. Hibiki has been connected to the NC many a time and has developed an intimate connection to it. Hibiki doesn't even know what his mother looks like and he despises his father deep inside. The boy has been trying to keep his sanity but as the days pass it becomes harder and harder.Right now he's reaching out for help and friendship but he fears if the war continues he'll lose himself to the NC and forever be a killing machine. The only contacts available to Hibiki are his fellow pilots right before sorties, however these people don't seem to be the supportive type. Despite this, in his desperation , Hibiki still reaches out to them.
Tactics
Inside the Titan Breaker Hibiki is a targeted killing machine. He will seek out the most lethal opponent and use the environment and any anything else to his advantage. The Akuma AI makes hibiki a berserker at times. Although the NC has self-preservation mechanisms what supersedes these is the need to complete the mission.As a result Hibiki will pursue and ruthlessly execute any mission given to him.

History
Developed by hibiki's father. The Titan Breaker is used for one-on-one combat to take out high-value targets. It achieves this with brutal strikes to its Target. This is achieved by  synchronization with the pilot and the AI Akuma system within.  NC will often break through its limits and inducing harm to itself in order to complete the mission. It is not uncommon for the NC to be heavily damaged after completing its mission. 
Weapons and support systems

God crusher Model WMD-005s
The god crusher is a large mace used by the Titan breaker for high-impact strikes. These strikes are intended to jar the NC and hopefully incapacitate its pilot. At a whopping 3 tons, ⅓ the weight of most NC. Swings can be slow compared to other melee weapons, but directly being struck by this mace will shake most anyone. 
The mace is also coated with energy retardant coating allowing it to pass through most Shields without losing much force.
Demon's grasp HW 071d
the Demon's grasp are Claws at the end of the NC’s hands that can produce anti-material particles that separate the atoms of its Target. This allows relatively easy stripping away of other NC armaments. However this is only done one handful at a time.
Cerberus tail BW 062g
The Cerberus tail is a whip weapon at the back of the unit controlled by the AI system. At the tip is an antiparticle lance that will pierce through into enemy cockpits in order to overheat the area cooking the pilot,because the system is AI controlled it will make periodic attempts at attacking the enemy cockpit or other extremities without the input of the pilot.
The Akuma system
The Akuma system is an onboard NC AI that integrates with hibiki. The AI has a self-preservation protocol allowing it to direct actions that Hibiki subconsciously executes during combat. These actions usually limited to evading enemy attempts to inflict damage on the unit.
The system also informs Hibiki, almost in an instantaneous fashion, of the best course of action during certain combat encounters. This system also allows limit break. limit break simply removes the cautionary limitations of the suit allowed it to go past its limits and often causing severe damage to itself. This is usually done in order to complete its directed mission.The Akuma system is lead lined to prevent failure due to EMP. Hibiki's sync percent is only at 50. however if the system sees a severe amount of damage being done it can stimulate Hibiki into increasing that percentage.
Closed system
The Titan breaker is usually sent for one target kill missions. With that in mind the system itself is closed off to any radio signals or any other outside interference, as a result the unit will continue until its mission is complete or it has been destroyed. the benefit is it is unaffected by any outside interference such as radio waves or any other system disruption signal other than outright physical destruction.
Achilles frame
Although the Titan breaker does not support any overt defenses such as high-tech Shields or armor. The NC does sport a variety of sub defenses. These minor defenses include anti energy coating that reduces the effect of beam strikes or any energy weapon, Reactive armor  that will drop off when receiving extreme damage, and flexing frame which which lessens impact strikes by letting the frame yield a little to the strike.
Mobility
The Titan Breaker's mobility is just a few notches above an average speed NC in velocity. However its response capability is high.
Appearance
The Titan Breaker is bipedal humanoid NC. It reaches about 5 m tall and is around 9 to 10 tons depending on its load out. It is often scene with The Load-Out shown here but has multiple assault packages depending on the mission at hand.The chassis is colored with greys and whites and it's opticals have a vibrant red color to them.
