[b][color=#87bff2]How did you discover your powers:[/color][/b] When she was about fourteen years old Katalina was in the kitchen with her father, mother and older brother. Her mother ended up getting a phone call, as she left the room and headed outside Katalina suddenly got a wave of emotions coming from her mother. And for whatever reason Katalina just started to breakdown and cry, as her mother came back in with her father. They had found out that her grandfather had suddenly passed away in a car accident, she since then felt all of the emotions going on around her since that night. Then a few weeks later, at gym class Katalina and the boys were all separated into two teams, they were playing dodgeball that day.

As the game started Katalina noticed time slowing down for just as a dodgeball was near inches from her face, and she easily dodged it very quickly. And then it happened again, to the other kids, they thought that she was going extremely fast for them and she ended up being the winner for her team. Katalina still doesn't know what is going on with her at all, she hasn't been able to control the emotions that she feels from others. Or even how she knows how to control the reflexes either, but has kept it a secret for awhile now from the others. 

[b][color=#87bff2]General History:[/color][/b] Katalina was born into the small town of Red Lake Pennsylvania, her mother worked at the clinic, and her father was the sheriff of the small town. And her brother who is about five years older than she is, growing up in a small town, she didn't really have much to do. Other than hang out with her brother and the few kids that she grew up that were around her age, growing up though Katalina did enjoy the town quiet a bit loving the close knit community that she grew up in. However she'd instantly jump at the chance to go out to the closest city and do some major shopping buying new clothes or anything that she could afford.

Katalina always enjoyed math class and history as well, and always excelled in those subjects especially US history for her, when she turned fourteen that's when her first power kicked in. Finding out that her grandfather ended up passing away, the emotions she felt that night made her upset for the rest of the day. Then the next ability kicked in, and she has since then tried her best to keep it a secret and hidden from everyone else. She has since then just kept to herself and never tried to show them out in public, in fear of being judged.

Katalina eventually graduated high school, and decided that she wanted to move out moving across the state towards Harrisburg where she now lives in an apartment with a roommate. Her brother moved out as well and went to study political science from the last time she had talked to her. Katalina ended up getting a job at a dry-cleaning place just a few blocks away from her apartment, she of course goes back to her town to visit a lot of the time as well.

Work was normal for the most part as Katalina was finishing up someone's dry cleaning she was relieved to go out on her break, and she felt pretty hungry. So she decided to go and head over towards a small bakery that was just across the street, craving something sweet she ordered a few doughnuts and sat there as she enjoyed the break. There was a TV in the corner of the room. Then she was approached by both Charles Xavier and Erik Lensherr, which ended up getting her a little bit curious and decided to hear them out.
