Ryland raised an eyebrow simply at Brynn's explanation of everything before smiling. [color=#0072bc]"I don't even know why I am surprised Marco was involved if it involves beauty or fashion. But hey, you're rocking it pretty well."[/color] He said with a grin as he let go of her after having scared her pretty damn well by the looks of it. Then the girl popped him with another question that made his brow furrow. He didn't really want to do any training or capture the flag today. Rather, he had things on his mind  that needed to be cleared up before he could even consider doing something just because it was fun. Yet, he couldn't let any weakness show. Others depended on him, and he couldn't let them see that he was anything except confident. With that in mind, the boy gave an easygoing smile towards Brynn. [color=#0072bc]"If you wanna lose before the CTF game, sure. But yeah Brynn, I'll spar with you."[/color] He said, just hoping she hadn't noticed that brief moment his mask had broken. 

Before he could say anything else, Ryland yelped slightly as he was knocked off his feet and taken to the ground by a tackle at the waist. Before he could really get mad or respond, however, he recognized the voice calling his name and gave her a brief hug in return as he started getting to his feet. Ash. The little demigod who had become his little sister, he most certainly knew he couldn't let the mask slip around her. The poor girl idolized him and he only wished he could be half the hero she thought him to be. Although on the flip side, Ryland knew other than Ericka that Ash was the most likely to see through his mask of calm with little issue. Still, he had to try for her sake. [color=#0072bc]"Hey Ash, surprised to see you up this early."[/color] He joked, knowing that the girl very much liked to sleep in and stay up ungodly late every night. Though his stomach growling soon interrupted Ryland, declaring loudly to those around him that he was rather anticipating breakfast. [color=#0072bc]"I uh... should go get food."[/color] The boy said with an embarrassed look and dismissed himself to get something to eat.
