So I heard about this and talked to Cyclone on discord.  After reading the OOC from his first proposal for a MK.3 I have to say this sounds hecking rad.

I'm a huge fan of concentric spheres, and the free points tied to making era specific changes.  

I have an idea of a character already, but that might be a tad uh, preemptive haha.
