Name: Ty Westgrove Gender: male Age: 19
Ty adores everything cool, exciting, tough, and manly. He’s a thrill seeker at heart, and though he tries to stop and consider the consequences of his actions, his rashness still gets him in trouble sometimes. He likes meeting new people, and he’s generally friendly and encouraging but won’t hesitate to complain if people bore him. The best way to get Ty to do something is to tell him he can’t do it. Under the surface, Ty has hemophilia. Along with that comes a constant background fear, knowing that minor injuries could be a big danger for him. Ty doesn’t like to dwell on this fear and tends to put on a false front of bravado, making sure others perceive him as braver and tougher than he really is. His disability has given him empathy and patience, and Ty can suddenly become gentle and sensitive around other people or Pokemon with disabilities.
Appearance: Relatively thin and pale. Medium brown eyes. Dirty blond faux hawk. Likes to keep a little stubble on his face. Eyebrow piercing on one side. Likes to wear large leather jackets, black, and other punk-type clothing. Sawk Norris was his hero, and he’d spend his time pretending to fight bad guys (aka his unamused sister) alongside the equally unamused family pet Furfrou. Unfortunately, Ty’s hemophilia made roughhousing and “cool stunts” dangerous for him, and his parents had to curb his enthusiasm. Ty’s parents were kind and supportive, but they anxiously coddled him more than he would’ve liked. By the time he was 17, Ty was very frustrated with his embarrassing sheltered existence and just wanted to do stupid teen guy stuff with his friends. This led to a close brush with death, and Ty finally faced the harsh reality that becoming an action star might not be a feasible dream for him. He was bummed out for a while, but eventually he decided that if he couldn’t become the next Sawk Norris, he would train the most badass Pokemon to star in action movies. Ty’s parents were reluctant to support their son’s new plan. Going into wild areas with territorial Pokemon and no medical care nearby would be too risky. But then they gave Ty a surprise for his 18th birthday: his first Pokemon, an Igglybuff bred with Heal Pulse. Ty wasn’t super happy about this choice. He didn’t want this gentle, cute, “girly” Pokemon. But his parents chose this Pokemon specifically because they wanted him to be safe, and Ty could appreciate that. Besides, he could use this Igglybuff to start building up a team of actual cool Pokemon. And thus, Ty set out on his journey to train the greatest action hero Pokemon.
Preferred Starter: Igglybuff
Medic – Igglybuff – lv 8 – female – Cute Charm – Sing, Defense Curl, Pound, Heal Pulse (egg move) – Medic is timid, gentle, empathetic, hates seeing anyone in pain. She’s been known to try singing to diffuse tense situations. She can battle but would rather not. Reaper – Scyther – lv 15 – male – Technician – Quick Attack, Leer, False Swipe, Wing Attack – Reaper is competitive, bloodthirsty, and loves battling. He can get frustrated when Ty wants to sacrifice some of his raw power in exchange for flashy action moves. Hunk – Timburr – lv 13 – male – Guts – Pound, Low Kick, Rock Throw, Focus Energy – 50% brave, 50% bluster, 100% mini macho. This Timburr seems eager to be an action star… probably to impress the ladies. ?? - Litleo - lv 10 - female - Unnerve - Tackle, Leer, Ember, Work Up - The team's newest member is quite cautious around humans and civilization. She has displayed skills in stealth and tactics, preferring to work smarter, not harder.

3 pokeballs, 2 potions, chesto berry, Double Team TM
