While my reply from yesterday still stands, I guess that I understand what you are asking better now. The abilities listed in the classes are passive bonuses that they (generally) have while their aura is still active (i.e.: while they still have reserves of psychic power to use).

For example, a Striker [i]typically[/i] trains to deploy their aura in a way that makes them even stronger and tougher than it's expected of other agents of their same level of skill. In other words, they are extra tankier when compared with a gunner that's around the same rank.

And, on top of that, their Psychic Drive abilities (which are mostly unique) go even further beyond to reinforce whatever tactic they prefer using in combat.

I hope this made my previous reply a little easier to understand.
