Those that know Glenn at an early age know that he had a flair for the dramatic. In fact he might have easily been mistaken for as a girl back then, considering his drifting towards more feminine clothing and puberty hadn’t hit, it was easy to mistake Glenn in preschool for a young girl. To his mother’s disdain on the subject.

“Oh Claire, I didn’t know you had a daughter,” “I don’t, only the son,” “You’re letting him dress like that?” “He likes it,” “Aren’t you afraid you’re going to confuse him?” “I was hoping he’d grow out of it,” “No, no you have to nip that in the bud now, or else he might get confused,” Though that never really stopped Glenn. He always had a flair for the dramatic, the kids at school knew him for wearing flowing scarves, and black trench coats that look expensive. Hats and sometimes eyeliner, sometimes glittery eyeshadow, darkening or lightening up his red hair often. He would say that this was unique trait. Currently standing at 5’9, 175cms, back then he really sprouted from being a fairly average sized kid to being one of the tallest teens in their school. Lean, and wiry framed, Glenn adored the attention he got in school from girls and boys alike. Continuing to pave way for his own style, that was a little bogo and a little Boy George. He controls his tone well, often speaking on softening notes that is quite pleasant to listen to, it beckons you want to continue to hear what he has to say as much as his demeanor does. Dramatic styled hair and a well manicured face to manufacture a look of importance, even if his voice isn’t being marketed on the top one hundreds yet or he hasn’t stepped foot in Glamwood - Glenn’s crafted an enigmatic style that begs others to look and listen to him. Suits, prep boy, with a dash of old Glamwood is the style he owns. No one has ever asked me how I felt about anything. They just followed along, but that’s all pretend - isn’t it?” Glenn is many things to many different people. Those who don’t have the privilege to get to know him, see him as a shallow, self absorbed individual who only thinks about his public image. They see him as overly dramatic and someone who likes to cause drama for the sake of drama. Which isn’t entirely inaccurate, but it doesn’t really give Glenn any depth. It only scratches the surface to be truthful. Though few people earn the right to know much more about Glenn than the flamboyant drama queen. They won’t earn the privilege to know more about Glenn if he doesn’t give them that chance. In fact that’s the first notable trait of Glenn, that he’s actually quite guarded. For someone who holds magnetism in his smile, charisma in his words, who can persuade people into doing things they would have never considered all because he asked, Glenn isn’t entirely open about himself or the type of individual to be emotionally vulnerable to others. He may pretend, he may put on a show of fake emotions, that some will roll their eyes at about him being another individual who isn’t genuine, but that’s partly due to Glenn’s fears about himself. What people don’t see in Glenn’s private life is the meticulous perfectionist he is, displaying almost obsessive amounts of impossible perfectionism in his life. Near meticulous perfection that if it isn’t met, leads into dramatic breakdowns. While some would assume that Glenn could not live without the admiration of others, the truth might be more the opposite, Glenn couldn’t live without the perfect plan or the perfect idea he had in mind. Glenn is very rigid in what he values and what he holds dear. His seek for fame isn’t some shallow pursuit, but a way to fill an existential answer to a existential question Glenn isn’t even aware of. While he may be the life of the party, people make Glenn feel alone and the more people he’s surrounded by, the more alone he feels. An ironic mindset considering the life of glam he has set himself up for. Glenn might be seeking authenticity in his life, but he goes about in the wrong way. Manufacturing a life, in hopes to replicate a genuine authenticity that never comes if it is forced or expected. But Glenn is afraid to be alone, when he wasn’t playing with the other kids, he’d come home and sometimes no one was there. So he had to create or manufacture a life where he was wanted and needed and that there was always someone there waiting for him. Maybe in order to combat the feeling that he ever needed someone. To put his trust and to give control to others scares Glenn because it means facing a bitter emptiness he avoids by filling his life with a busy schedule. It means Glenn needed someone and he doesn’t want to admit that. He doesn’t want to admit that he actually might need someone to lean on because the idea shatters the image of this pillar he has created himself into. With all that said, Glenn’s feelings towards those he has given privilege to know him are not faked. They do not come from some manufactured place, the kind of plastic Glenn has molded his life into. Glenn can be the most loyal, albeit fickle at times, individual. He can be quite protective, fiercely protective. It’s also no doubt that Glenn can be quite creative, though nowhere near as talented as Valeran. Glenn has always been the type to need something to spark his creativity. It’s never come to him naturally to look at the world in the way Valeran has done so. And while it may not seem like it, Glenn was always aware that there were people more talented than him. He was scared that if he didn’t have the one thing that defined him, the one thing that made Glenn Glenn that everybody would leave him. Growing up, afraid of losing people, afraid of losing his label he was extremely mean to kids who tried to overstep his creative control. Looking back at it, Glenn’s not sure if he regrets the decision or not. Again likely afraid to open himself up emotionally to others. While overbearing and controlling to the point of suffocating and often dramatic, Glenn can be creative, some people recognize his attempts of cheering up others, though never attributing himself to the handmade gifts or cookies he made them. He sang for a friend’s funeral once before, and use to write songs to cheer others up. He isn’t about beating others into the ground, though his fear of being outed meant some were targets to his dramatic outburst.
