Edward had soon led the princess into the city. They had arrived by carriage and already there were eyes upon them. However, no one said anything out of respect for the prince. 

The prince led the princess to the various shops and stands. Emily had a nice time, especially since she was away from her father and it was finally peaceful, or so she thought. Edward would gather up many a purchased item for her, whatever she desired.


After many an hour passed, the prince escorted the princess back to the castle. the carriage would be passing through the gates just as the guards changed for the next shift.
