Most lies were hard to keep matched up when given elaborate detail - inevitably, there'd be something that just wouldn't fit together. However, Gavin had also mentioned several men - and as Lincoln brought up one of Natasha's friends, Cecily couldn't help but wonder if he was one of them. Lincoln had used the male pronoun when referring to the friend, after all. It would match up...

Maybe one of the men in her life that Natasha kept on 'rotating' between or whatever would have some information about if her death was natural or not. If it was a murder, Cecily suspected it was connected to everything in Justice...That Natasha must have had a previously established connection to this cult and she doubted that it was Lincoln. Maybe it was this friend - the one calling so soon after Natasha's death and asking (from what she deduced) where Lincoln was.
