Though she had a fairly easy time getting back to normal when it came to balance and orientation. Landing skillfully, since she was used to taking off in a glider, she sent blasts of air at the other fire benders as well, throwing the blasts at them and knocking several others off the wall. Looking over at Jia Li as she jumped off the wall, her eyes widening slightly at the sight of her jumping, it was just plain insanity! Ryuu was of the same mind set about that as Hikaru was, who in their right mind without any sort of plan would just jump off and see what happens. This was not going to end well, that was for sure. He used the sword that he had snatched from before to cut some of the fire benders down to size, swinging it around to stop the flames from hitting him. It was getting a bit tiring, and a bit difficult for him, but he was able to hold on, for now. Who knew what was going to happen in the next moment or two. Glancing over at the others, Hikaru caused a giant gust of wind to surround Jia Li, slowing her descent and she'd find herself landing safely on the ground without any sort of injuries, which was likely a good thing. She didn't want the fire bender to just go splat or anything like that. Letting out a bit of a sigh of relief, she glanced over at the others, wondering who'd be the next to jump off the edge and hopefully not go splat on the ground. Since that in her mind was likely a horrible way to die. He was still keeping several of the guards distracted, but he knew that unless they jumped, they might as well be dead, or sitting ducks. Either way, they were in a very bad position, and it was likely not going to end very well. Having been distracted for a moment, he got knocked backwards by the flames right to the edge of the wall. Glancing down at the ground below, where Jia Li was, he knew that if he rotated his body correctly and rolled, even without the help of the air bender he should be able to avoid breaking any bones. It only took a moment to decide, before he sheathed the sword, turned, and lept off the wall. He managed to maneuver his body to the point where he rolled and was able to get back on his feet quickly when he did that, stopping himself from getting seriously injured. The guards kept sending blasts of flame at the group, to the point where Hikaru got knocked off the wall completely. She managed to get herself upright mostly and slow her decent when she was about a foot from the ground, but in the end it didn't really matter, there was a slight crack in her right leg when she hit the ground and she winced in pain from it and ended up kneeling on the ground. However, she wasn't the only one who got knocked off. Yumiko was blasted off, getting a few burns on her arm when she fell. She'd be able to maneuver her body slightly, but that wasn't really going to matter too much. However, thanks to Hikaru trying to break her own fall, Yumiko was slowed slightly before she hit the ground, landing on her side, her right arm getting broken when she landed on it.
