This also include the elemental spells such as firebolt, blizzard and so on or something non elemental like let's say polymorph and so on. So yeah normal Arcane magic users are okey.
 Well you do not have to allocate all 85 points, but they represent a really trained character and stuff. you can put less if you wish but you might find yourself weaker than some others.
 For the psychological traits think: Venguful, kind, friendnly, patient, sarcastic, etc etc etc... personality traits lol.
 And no necromancers allowed for a really simple reason. There are no necromancers outside of the forces of the lich king. You could be negative mean or even 'evil' character, but at the end of the day, a necromancer serves only the lich king.
