[@sassy1085]Real quick on your sheet. I'm ok with a Hyuga being in the game for sure. The byakugan that comes with that as well. However, the two eight trigrams techniques are typically only taught to the main branch of the family. Since you put in that she does not like the main branch of the family, this causes me to think that she is not from the main house and thus would have a real hard time learning the technique. In the main series, Neji learned them. However, it was also said that he is simply a genius. Unless you want to put your characters as his level, in which I would need a lot of convincing, I would say that she can learn those techniques, but definitely not at this stage of the game.
