When Andras appeared, Christine ordered the statue to attack her. Unfortunately, the girl managed to dodge a swing of the statue's scythe, and she used the opening given to her to throw her spear right at the statue.

"Freeze!" Christine shouted.

Christine aimed to stop the spear mid-air before it could land, but she wasn't fast enough. The spear managed to embed itself to the statue anyways. Thank the gods she already gave a layer of protection to the statue with her ice beforehand.

"Alright, counter, now!"

The statue obeyed and landed a backswing that knocked Andras off her feet. It sent her flying a distance away, so Christine couldn't follow up with another attack.

And then, the statue shattered.

Christine didn't know how it happened, but it did, and the explosion sent her tumbling to the dirt as well.

"Uuh, w-what just happened?" she said as she stood up, witnessing the shattered remnants of her statue. "How did it explode like that?"

"N-no matter! I still have more cards up my sleeve!" she declared in a literal way as she indeed had stored her cards up her right sleeve. Easy to do when she could freeze them in place.

"How about this one?! Soul's Fire! Take your revenge upon the one that has slayed you, Jade Statue!"

It was odd for her to be using anything involving fire as that was more of her sister's territory. But she did it nonetheless and she sent the manifesting fire that had devoured the statue's remnants straight towards Andras, who was still recovering from her received blow.
