I mean like, interactions are key to roleplaying yanno? I haven't shut anyone out on my end, and if I wanted to keep a scene private I'd just say so instead of stringing them along thinking I was available when I was not. I don't think he's asking for 'guiding him', he just wants something to work with apart from "I AM WRANGLING GO AWAY". 

Like sure maybe one of them wrangled while the other goes about explaining the situation or just, yanno have other NPCs react in horror that Beryl can react to.
