I know for fact he was jonin, but I'm not positive about the anbu

Looks like there's no hard requirements for joining anbu but you need to be a high level jonin to be considered... Well rounded in all jutsu forms and I don't think any of us is really there yet... Unless keizo is a mitsuki type... That would be the only one I'd see anbu potential in
