Edward stepped forward. His exhaustion was starting to really take its' toll. However, he did not collapse. He turned to a guard after the hunter spoke. "Make sure that THEY know." He was referring to the old friends of his from his days fighting for the kingdom as a young one. Not all of them were vampires. The guard nodded and left. Edward turned to the hunter. His eyes narrowed. They were very very red. He sighed. "Increase security. And make sure that HE comes straight away." Edward talked about the one alley all in every surrounding kingdom feared the most. He spoke to the hunter. "Do not think I will bite you. I know better than to stoop so low. I have far worse methods of eliminating a threat." He gave a nod to the rest of the guards. They would know what to do. All he cared about was that princess Emily was safe and sound. Emily was hidden away somewhere until the threat was gone. Edward blinked upon hearing his father speak. He turned and saw him there. He took a careful breath and told him everything. He did not leave out a single detail. "Unfortunately the responsible party got away. This hunter was caught attempting to take advantage of the chaos and eliminate me. Word of warning, do not bite him or drink any of his blood."
