Sorry, i just wanted to pick up as much coast as possible as my nation needs it and it cant just be blockaded like has happned once or twice in its history. I also wanted a northern port. It seems as though the state alignment does allow me to contact this northern state without violating the rules. Also dibs no dibsbacks.
