It's probably for the best he starts already working at Praxis. I want to have him be alien, and not really understand a lot of things regular people find typical, without starting off as an absolute jackass due to knowing none of the social rules/boundries. And I think I've put it in his backstory anyway that he's an agent for the coalition working with Praxis (called it the Initiative there, since I forgot the Praxis part at the time).
