Sometimes you can see them coming, but most times they come unexpectedly, flooding your crops, drowning your cattle, and erasing you from the face of Galbar. Rain, eh? It is said by the elders that whenever the skies come crashing down birds, desperate for safety now unattainable in the treetops, fly up to the clouds and disappear. Of course, most are struck down by the angry, sorrowful rain, but the ones that make it are seen again, unharmed, when the Winged Flower ceases to weep... A sphere located quite a ways above Galbar and which one could reach by diving into a raincloud in the middle of a downpour, the So'E is a deeply connected to Galbar's clouds, it is responsible for most of the rains in the planet and is an essential part of keeping the land healthy and thriving without going into entropic territory. Upon entering the So'E, the first thing one would notice is that they would be standing on the shore of an immense body of water that is eternally creating vapour to form new clouds and behind them would be a large, beautiful manor with several smaller outlying structures. Past the Manor is a peaceful-looking forest and past the Forest is a humble Mountain. There is a light mist that doesn't allow eyes to see any further. The So'E is the place where over half of all of Galbar's clouds are formed and is itself located in a parallel space accessible only through the seldom raincloud.
Location of Sphere: Celestial, bordering with the Fengshui Fuyou Portfolio:
Without rain, there is no Forest. Without rain, there is no Lake. Without rain, there is no Ocean. Rain is as essential a part of Galbar as life or death, and Li'Kalla understands this very well. With control over Rains of all kinds, she's the one responsible for keeping the land of Galbar alive and breathing. She can control where vapour concentrates, when it precipitates and how it precipitates, as well. Localised Ice rains, snowings and such are well within her portfolio, even during summer time.

Persona: Li'Kalla, the Goddess of Rain is a mystery to mortals and deities alike. She's a warm and kind Goddess with a passion for comforting others and ensuring Galbar's in perfect balance, and yet... It is a mystery, how such a benevolent entity could suddenly twist and warp itself into a monster and devour the children she'd comforted a moment earlier. Always someone to be found deep in grief over some event that happened long before existence came into being. Always someone to be found scratching at her wrists and ankles desperately when alone. Always someone to be found weeping softly on her own when she believes she's alone. Oh, the warm, kind Goddess. She seeks balance. Nothing but balance, and peace, and tranquillity... But how could she achieve those entropic goals, if they don't exist within her? Appearance: Li'Kalla takes the form of a beautiful, average-height human with ghostly white skin that's eternally soaking wet due to an unseen rain. The only sign of life would be the intense blush on her cheeks and joints. She wears a simple, blue silk dress that seems to have had its color fade a little due to age. It ends at just about her ankles and some bits of the hems are ragged and slightly dirty. Musical Theme:
