So just to be clear, his family is British but he moved to Japan, yes? I'm not sure London would have been decimated in his time and age so you'll need to wait for KoL on that front since Second Genesis happened decades ago. Unless you mean London was recently attacked? As for his Armaments, what is the cutting strength of  his swords? Can they block and deflect bullets?
