Well, no ones Shepard, so you cant fire warps every second if you only have a pistol. Biotics will drain you immensely if you use them a lot, and omni tools have to cool down when it comes to tech powers.

You can have around eight powers, and they can be anything from the main ME single player. Powers belonging to bonus powers and multiplayer in the games, are a bit rarer, and may need explanation (e.g. this human needs an explanation why they use Batarian blade armor). Doesn't have to be a intricate excuse, but it would be helpful if you had one.

And obviously, powers have to kind of fit your class. I can forgive soldiers packing incinerate or adepts with special ammo, but you cant have this engineer fire singularities. You need to at least be a sentinel for that.
