[b]Written Description:[/b] Standing at six feet straight, with a head of short, black hair hidden underneath his maroon beanie, Delsin isn't an imposing sight at first glance. His denim vest comes with a few metal studs in the shoulders and is also adorned with several badges of different sizes, designs and colours. The back of his vest has a design of a raven's skull adorned with blue graffiti lines, swirling around it like a portal. Underneath the vest is a cotton hoodie of the same maroon as his beanie, and he wears slate grey jeans and a pair of navy blue sneakers with a bright neon yellow trim and stripes running down the sides.

[b]Personality:[/b] Grumpy, naive and irresponsible, Delsin is a spitting image of your typical man-child, caught playing pranks and generally being a nuisance while refusing to grow up or mature. But given the right situations, he will often shed his outer nature, taking on challenges with determination and focus, with a loyalty to his friends that can't be broken.

[b]Game:[/b] InFamous Second Son

[b]Current Story:[/b] After the events of the good ending of Second Son, Delsin spent his time in the Akomish reservation in peace, making trips between the city and the reservation to do graffiti art displays to bring the city people closer to both the Conduits and the Akomish Indians. In remembrance of his brother, he joined the Seattle PD as a Conduit police officer, using his powers for good instead of evil.

[color=gray]Conduit - Smoke[/color]
Delsin can absorb smoke particles into himself and become smoke personified. In this state, he is able to turn himself intangible by transforming his entire body into smoke, also able to control his body in this state to move through vents or confined spaces. He can also utilise this power's mobility options by blowing gusts of smoke out from his hands and feet to hover in place or fly for a short duration. Weaponised, he can form bolts of white-hot smoke particles and fire them from his hands, or coat the length of chain he totes with smoke to enhance its damage.

Loyal - Delsin is very loyal to his friends and those he considers his family or extended family.

Agile - Delsin is nimble on his feet and a quick climber and navigator of terrain.

Power-Lock - Whatever power Delsin absorbs and obtains, he can only use that one power exclusively, up until he decides to absorb another power.

Naive and Immature - Although a young adult, Delsin still isn't totally mature yet and as such he is rather naive about the world at large.

Hot-headed - He is also quick to anger, although he does restrain himself from time to time.
