2 quick questions.

1. How [i]strong[/i] or practiced should our characters be? Is someone who is still discovering their abilities allowed?

2. Lol I actually use this CS template, borrowed it from another RPer in an RP i am. 

(Does it have to be an xmen or gifted added to extras or can I be fav marvel character?)
