[i]Fallout: Hawaii is a written roleplay set in the Fallout universe.  It showcases a new Pacific vision of post apocolytia complete with glowing radioactive seas, nuclear volcanoes and post war Polynesian warrior societies.  Oh and shotgun surfing, obviously.  All the classic Fallout game mechanics from SPECIALs to VATs and Action Points are present in a form which fits written role play.  Players also get to choose from unique Hawaiian themed perks in addition to favorites from past Fallout games. 

Initial players (up to five people who submit their characters and get accepted first) play as members from Vault 113.  They are all high school seniors preparing to take their GOAT exams.  Members of Vault 113 spend much of their day in virtual reality pods where they experience a romanticized version of Hawaii plucked straight from an Elvis Presely movie.  In this holographic resort paradise, programs in beautiful Polynesian forms cater to their every whim and iced cocktails are never more than an arm reach away.  Vault teens attend only minimal school while in their pleasure pods but they must still take their GOAT exam at its conclusion.  Maintenance duty is the rumored result of a failing grade, but the true fate of those who fail the GOAT is in fact much much worse.[/i][/center]
