[@Tsukai] I can't say for everyone but with my characters I do the names the usual English way. First name, then surname. I don't do the whole surname first stuff but I'm fine with people referring to my characters by either their first name or surname. 

Once everyone is out the room I'll have it move on a bit more, just wanted to get everyone out the room and then probably do a little skip to the destination to run the mission.
