[*]He's an interesting character overall :) I quite like him. All of the events are starting in the Washington D.C. area, so given his backstory, he would start in the Millennium Plaza Strip Mall area, where we have two characters already. Both of those are mutants who'll end up running from Purifiers/Police/No Spoilers soon[/list]
