[@Arutha]For the most part this character is looking really good and I like the concept as a whole. However he does need a more fleshed out and thorough history. What events led up to him becoming who he is right now? Where did he develop the most important aspects of his personality? What was home life like, where'd he come from, etc.? Second bit that's not all that important but I wanted to address it anyway is that you listed the holographic communicator standard to all Denver Protectorate, but also an earpiece. These would be one and the same. Decoy's communicators are all types of communication devices built into one, and usually integrated directly into the costume. Once these things are rectified, I'll be more than glad to welcome Constellation to the Denver Protectorate (and lord knows they'll need the backup for sure).

Apologies on how long it took for me to look this bad boy over. Unfortunately CS critiquing is usually the thing that takes me longest to get around to, and I was sick over the weekend and Monday to add onto that, but thank you for being patient and waiting for me.
