I'm ok with her being able to gather information, buff/debuff targets, and being able to form some sort of connection with others (as long as it doesn't go into forceful mind reading). Because all of these feats could be achieved through equipment and/or other kinds of abilities.

What I'm not pleased with is the wording you used on the description, since it makes her seem too much of a reality warper.

So, the effects you want to have are ok, but the description of how they work isn't. Just like what happened with [@Melkor]'s character, if you change the description, it should be ok on my end.

Once we've settled with the power, I'll take a detailed look at the rest of your CS.
