The Elves believe the Dwarves have lived on Ioria for as long as they have though, unlike them, their development was mostly restricted to the Ghenna Mountains and its many valleys. Some dwarves believe that their ancestors had, in fact, come from some land lost to time and had travelled to Ioria through a massive cave system and arrived at the Mountains. Those few dwarves who still follow the Old Ways believe they were molded from stone and mud though fewer and fewer believe in the Old Ways following the rise of the Sacred Flame in the mountains.
