He has a crooked that he earned from engaging in street fights around Namimori. Cyril tries his best to look presentable in public, but can sometimes be seen with a disheveled appearance when he is too lazy to tidy himself up. He's often seen with a ribbon around his neck (as seen in the picture).[/color]

[color=848482]At first glance, one may consider Cyril abrasive, if not overall hostile. He betrays little to no emotion, save for the irritated expression that he often wears. He always seems to antagonize people; Cyril constantly points out their faults and mistakes in a pointed fashion. People think he likes to pick fights, and rightfully so-- he just looks the type of person to enjoy street brawls. Cyril isn't the type of person to put up with, as he puts it, "bullshit". He always finds a way to get his point across. If words don't work, then fists will. In reality, Cyril is honest-- brutally honest, at that. He believes that stating the truth outright is better than sugarcoating. It gets the point across better. Such an opinion has earned him enemies. Due to this, it's difficult to become friends with him; he is a victim of his self-induced isolation. Despite everything, Cyril tries his best to remain level-headed. He tries to solve his problems with words, however hostile they may be. It is only when he runs out of patience that he becomes violent or aggressive, even towards his friends. 

Those who are close to Cyril find that he is a more bearable person than he lets on. He still has his snippy, dry-cut attitude that can easily get on people's nerves, but he reveals more of himself once he gets comfortable. When calm, he has a relaxed, almost mellow temperament that can be confused for a distant personality. Earning Cyril's trust and confidence is difficult, but once you do, he knows you'll be fine in one way or another. He is also quite lazy when he wants to be and somewhat of a pretentious prick due to his upbringing.[/color]

[color=848482]To put it simply, Cyril is the eldest son of Cassio Leggieri, thus making him the next in line for the rights over the Leggieri Famiglia. Frightened for Cyril's well-being, Cassio sent him and his mother to live in Namimori when Cyril was only seven years old. There, he would be safe from any enemy that may wish him harm. While the sudden move took a toll on Cyril, he quickly adapted to the new school he went to, and found one or two friends among his classmates.

Not everyone was pleased with Cyril's presence at school. A couple of older, meaner kids found his presence at school a nuisance. They called him a foreigner, knocked his books to the floor, and heckled him from afar. It was when Cyril was ten that the bullying became physical. Cyril's friends avoided him, fearful of what could happen to them if they remained his friend. Despite Cyril's pleading to go back home, his mother told him they were staying in Namimori for good.

Cyril began to skip school. His grades dipped. He stopped caring about getting good marks. On top of everything, he released his frustration on younger, weaker classmates. He started to bully and fight. At the age of thirteen, he was widely regarded as one of the school's major bullies. He was known for taking food from those who couldn't protect themselves-- and it was difficult to protect oneself from Cyril. Once he wanted something, he got it. 

He became a little more mellowed-out when he got older. He still didn't care about school or grades, but Cyril had gotten tired of constantly fighting. Bullies no longer viewed him as a direct threat, but others saw him as a sleeping bear that shouldn't be poked. Teachers saw him as a lousy, lazy student that was frustrating to deal with. He did poorly in group projects and had only a handful of friends. Every time he left school, he locked himself up in his room. All he did was eat, sleep, and eat video games. For him, things were going alright.

Up until people showed up and said that he was chosen to become part of the Vongola Famiglia. At first, Cyril wanted nothing to do with mafia. But, after seeing they [i]really[/i] wouldn't leave him alone, he submitted to their demands and is now considered Vongola Quindicesimo's Storm Guardian Candidate.

[color=C11B17][b]Near-Perfect Stalker[/b] -[/color] Cyril knows exactly how to tail someone without getting caught.

[color=C11B17][b]Ears of a Hawk[/b] -[/color] An almost natural eavesdropper, Cyril can pinpoint distinct conversations in a crowded room. He can also understand most of what a person says when they whisper or grumble under their breath.

[color=C11B17][b]Knife[/b] -[/color] [color=848482]Small pocket-knife used for everyday use. It can also be used for very basic combat. If it takes a decent blow, it'll snap.

[color=C11B17][b]Box Weapon - Kusarigama[/b] -[/color] With Cyril's kursaigama, he's able to penetrate most defenses he encounters. The ball chain at the end is used to restrain his opponent, but its the blade that disrupts and cuts through flame-based attacks and defenses. Once again, he can use the kursaigama up close and from far away.  It extends and retracts easily. 

[color=C11B17][b]Box Animal - Aquila Tempesta[/b] -[/color] A golden eagle which Cyril affectionately calls Iggy, or Ignazio. Its wing and tail feathers can be pelted at a target to cause massive damage. Using its flames and dive-bombing strategies, it can disrupt attacks effortlessly.[/color]
