Penelope gave an uncertain look as he answered her, picking up the slur in his words. Though he wasn't acting much different from usual yet, she could tell he was struggling quite a bit to act sober. It concerned her if he'd be able to at least keep the act going, even if the slurring of his words gave it away. As Gavin piped in, she listened as the two argued about the situation, unsure who she sided with. She met Crow's pleading gaze and shifted a bit as she hesitated to answer. "Alright.." she finally agreed with a small nod. Gavin looked over at her with a questioning frown and she shrugged her shoulders in response. "I can take over most of the questioning anyways. Besides, I don't think it'd be wise to leave the drunks alone while we're questioning the villagers." Her gaze flickered accusingly to Rikki, Olivia and Alistair. "Those three have proven to be trouble so it's best sober someone makes sure they aren't causing a scene." "I guess.." Gavin reluctantly agreed. He crossed his arms over his chest and narrowed his eyes at Crow. "If he starts getting in the way just bring him back here though and we can finish this interrogation instead." Penelope gave Gavin a small nod before turning to look over at Crow. "Looks like I'll be able to repay you for helping me when I was drunk, huh?" she mused with a small smirk and pressed a kiss to his cheek before rising up to her feet. "Are you stable enough to walk on your own?" she asked him with a look of concern. The knight offered her hand to him, worried that he might be stumbling around due to the alcohol.
