If Squee writes "Sera was standing in the kitchen with a knife," everyone is going to assume I'm a killer. It is up to me to say "I'm in a kitchen. I'm probably cutting food. Squee mentioned I was cooking dinner the paragraph before that." That's defending my character's actions. If you don't, there is no game at all.
