Excellent.  Got busy driving in snow storms past couple days.  But will get back to work on this.

LOL, the one piece of realism I plan to ignore is alien diseases.  That would be a short RP otherwise.  I haven't written this part up, but the crew s going to learn that there is already a comm beacon relaying probe data back to the Moon where the one of the last prominent members of CDC Atlanta is still alive.  For most of the journey robotic probes have been gathering samples, remotely being studied.

The scientist who built the space ark has been working on a more advanced drive that will make the net trip go faster ... maybe 5 years instead of 13.  And cryogenic suspension has been under research to shorten the trip for the next wave.
