Ok, one more question, and I'll leave you alone...[i]for now[/i]. 

When it comes to Guild or DS, how would they go about recruiting? Is it based on someone's personality? Their magical gift? Just trying to get a feel for the two factions as I write out my chars bio. 

And I know that was like three questions in one, but...meh :)
