Griffin studies Ben's reactions and actions. He is confused about Ben knocking the one police officer unconscious until he hears ghe other car approaching. He is also confused when Ben threatens the men and making them write confusions. What was the point? How did that help anyone? Griffin approved of killing the men, but didn't understand the point of the symbol he had mad. Griffin followed Ben silently wondering why he did so many things that seemed pointless.
