[center]Short description of roleplay:
There is an opera house in the middle of a grand city. It had been abandoned for some time, since the days of the rumored 'phantom of the opera'. However, it fell under new ownership one day. Now, the new owner has fixed it up and has already prepared to put on the first new performance in many many many many years. The performance? The phantom of the opera. 


However, strange things started to occur. The chandelier fell. Seats were found with tears and breaks. Floorboards were removed. Scenery was splashed with paint and ruined. costumes were torn. 
But that was not the worst of it. 



As the performers gathered to begin practice one night, and the behind the scenes staff prepared the sets and costumes and such, the lights went out and the door closed and locked. There was laughter in the air, and not the friendly kind. A new phantom had risen. He vowed to keep everyone trapped unless he found his true love and she married him, staying with him in the back room of the building with him forever.
