She sees Zeonic movements, past and present, as facist, terror movements lead by lunatics and militants, barbarians who do not recognize the value of peace. She cannot understand what Spacenoids could possibly be fighting for, nor does she recognize any form of oppression that they supposedly experience. Deeply patriotic, Nalia zealously believes in the Federation and the principles that it purportedly stands for. She believes that to attain peace, any cost is acceptable, and rationalizes extreme force with utilitarian fallacies. Surprisingly, Nalia is caring to those around her, empathetic even, but her views have created walls to truly understanding the thoughts of members of Zeon.
