Hmm well I think there were mermaids in Neverland, though I never thought about bringing them up. Though I wouldn't think that he knows about Ariel at first when she runs to his ship for protection. Unless of course the person she is running from says it to him? I don't really know if he would be as welcome of her on his ship if he knew she was a mermaid. But even if he was told, he would protect her at least while she is on his ship ^.^ If she played on his sense of honor though he would likely keep her protected until he left the port. So that would give her time to make him like her either way. Haha my headache finally easing up I might work on it a bit before I go to bed.

I can totally see it too. Though as she is Ariel, I can see her being fascinated his hook haha!
