 The Noctali Empire has existed for thousands of years, but not on our plane. The beings in which the empire surrounds come from a realm of pure chaotic magic, were the beings warred for millennia before one, a master of magic, conquered them all. She made the plane unite, but a tragedity hit. Beings from another, far darker plane came and pushed them out, so those magical beings all went through a portal between worlds, created by Dirka herself. Once there however, they lost their physical forms. They became something similar to spirits, but they were far from dead. Dirka and her race went close to the core to stay alive, and there, they rebuilt. Dirka  was the first to build a body, and from there her people followed. They built a small city, in an underground space which was rich in natural light and plants to where they could thrive. Few of their broken empire have traveled to the surface, and only for brief moments.[/center]
