Welcome to a RP run by [@Strange Rodent] and [@MissCapnCrunch]! It will be about a cast of [b]THIRTEEN[/b] students who share a freshman dorm hallway at Upper Lake Institute. The college is an Alaskan university renowned for its forensics and literature programs (though there are other areas of study of course). You will meet a cast of professors, staff, and most importantly- each other. Your dorm mates, and hopefully your friends for the next few years. We will be running a few abnormal ideas in this RP: Stats, Private messaged events, and much more. Stats will act as a guide for us in relevant situations to come, and we will occasionally PM players about things they learn that others don't- at least not right away. Everything else that may be abnormal? Well, expect the unexpected.
