[@Epsir] mostly the first with a little of the third. The main effect is that the weapons and other objects rain down over an area, stabbing, slicing, piercing or just bludgeoning everyone in its AoE. The weapons do stick around for a while afterward and I suppose could be picked up an used, though what I've been told in the past is that because they don't belong to Berserker they would just effectively be normal weapons so they'd be less effective than his clubs.

It's basically a really ghetto version of the Gates of Babylon.
